Hi Humeyra, I’m sorry to hear of your poor experience with us, I would like to apologise as this is not in keeping with our high standards. When stamping on glass we recommend allowing 5 minutes for the ink to dry, as this is a non-porous surface sometimes dry times can be a little longer than this as a result of the air humidity. We recommend stamping in a cool room for best results. Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards Abbie
