“This is my fifth item from Stampit. What I have learned: - The stamps are really good quality, beautifully made with excellent fine detail - Artwork will be automatically resized if it is smaller than the stamp dimensions you pick (so that it fits most neatly). I provided artwork exactly the size I needed, with the nearest sized corresponding stamp...but the artwork was scaled up so that it didn't actually fit on the labels I needed it for. (I just got bigger labels!) - Artwork will not however be cropped to fit. I thought I had learned my lesson! My next order was for a large stamp (for stamping paper carrier bags). I carefully chose and paid for the correct size stamp, and corresponding extra large ink pad. The thumbnail proof didn't work- and simply showed my artwork (and not the size it would print on the bag). My artwork was too square, and so the stamp was automatically resized much smaller (about 8cm too short). Stampit did offer me a replacement at a discount, but I am out of pocket and pretty disappointed with the process.”
