Product arrived very fast and was of a really good quality. I wanted a makers mark stamp for pottery, the stamp is of high quality ans looks really good on my work. I made a mistake in the initial order, and staff were able to help me fix it very quickly when I called up. Extremely good service all round.

I got this stamp for my clay, but it’s hardly worth it. The cuts on the stamp are so close together that it’s almost impossible to use without having to wash between each stamp (totally defeating the purpose of having a quicker/more uniform way of marking my pieces). I wish I had known the lines were going to be laser cut so finely onto the stamp- I would have edited my design so the lines were bolder before sending it off, but there wasn’t anyway to know that before hand. Good luck.

Hi Thanks very much for your review and purchase. We do test each stamp before shipping and yours was very fine but worked great. Clay can vary in terms of wetness and stickiness but generally speaking our tests should be consistent with your clay. There is not really any way of making these apart from being laser cut and even if we used a cnc router the results would have been the same 15mm is very small and the artwork is what it is, we cant change that. We are always available to answer questions or help give our advice if asked for, other than that we trust the customer understand how these are used to there best potential and limitations of there design at the size they requested. With over 7500 clay stamps sold this is our first negative review. I would recommend using a toothbrush to clean down the clay stamp this should take less than a few seconds and help speed things up. Thanks Daniel
