“Initially sent the wrong design, then didn't respond to any of my messages, at all. I used the contract form, email, and social media, but got no response on any channel. Eventually managed to catch them on live chat where they promised a response to my email by the end of the day - that didn't happen. I did receive a new stamp with the correct design in the post, but didn't receive a single communication letting me know that was going to happen. A simple email would have settled my worries and left me far more impressed with this company. The correctly-produced stamp does look good, and I hope my sister will be pleased with it at Christmas.”

“I have only been able to test the stamp on a piece of clay as I have not been producing pottery for the last 4 months. When used on leather-hard clay the stamp gives a well defined reproduction of my stamp: Stevie D. If the clay is too soft the clay begins to clog up the stamp, but is easily cleaned (I use an old toothbrush to help clean it). I am pleased with my new stamp and look forward to using it for all my pottery.”

“Great service - very quick, very well made. I had a special request about my potter's stamp, which was met without fuss. The acrylic stamp leaves on wet or leather hard clay much clearer and sharper mark than my old metal stamp. I am very happy with these guys and will certainly come back in the future.”
