“I wrote after receiving my stamp explaining that the margin around the letters was set higher than the letters, so the stamp did not stamp evenly. I explained this very clearly and sent photo images of the problem. However, Sarah my contact at Stampit suggested that I did not know how to use the tool and as far as Stampit was concerned the tool was fine. It is not fine. I have heard nothing whatsoever since, despite my reply to Sarah. Really disappointing experience and awful service. The tool doesn’t work as it should. I have been making ceramics for over 20 years and believe I do know how to use a stamp tool!. I hope you can check and see my previous emails to Sarah.”
