“We went for this as it stated it was waterproof ink, taking a good few washes to get the skin-safe ink off, but that is not the case, it comes off straight away! Totally useless to us.”

I have double checked this product on our website (4917 - 50mm x 10mm Self Inking Stamp) and I cannot see where it states this is waterproof ink, please can you let me know where this is?
