“This is my second Sonic Spa Pro. I really love it but I 2 reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5. 1) The first one I bought lasted a year and a few weeks before it broke and stopped working. That being said, I emailed the company and even though it was technically out of warranty by a couple weeks they still honored the warranty and sent me a new one (that is 5 star customer service). 2) the new one is noticeably louder than the first one. It almost sounds like something is loose and vibrating more loudly because of that. They made it clear when they honored the warranty and sent out a new one that this one would not have a warranty so I do not plan to reach out to the company. Overall, I’m satisfied with the product and will continue using it.”
