“This is my first ultrasound cleaner. I wanted a better way to clean my retainers. It is easy to use and does a good job of cleaning them.
My first one only lasted a few months, it became unresponsive and stopped working.
I contact customer services with a filled out warranty form for them. They asked for a short video and to do some further checks. They then sent out a replacement free of charge. Which works. I gave 5 stars because of the customer service.
I would recommend getting one of these to clean your retainers, very easy and effective. No brushing or mess! Plus it doesn’t damage or scratch the retainers! Light and easy to travel with too.”
“Have had the device for a few months now, and so far, no issues. It does appear to keep my retainers cleaner than traditionally brushing. I add a tablet or crystals to clean out the retainers when I put them through a cycle, not sure if that adds to the synergy of keeping them cleaner. Glad that I transitioned to something that will hopefully last a few years.”

Offered a few suggestions to try and assurance if they didn't work they would send me a replacement. After trying out the suggestions, I reported it still not working and a new product was immediately dispatched.
