“**HELP** I am unable to register this upgrade. The upgrade page isn't letting me enter my upgrade code. I'm unable to use the software. I have tried three times to contact SonarWorks and no one is returning my messages. **HELP**”

“After demoing I decided to purchase the upgrade before the trial period ran out. but at the end of the trial period it stopped working. I cannot open either the app or the DAW plugin, absolutely nothing happens when I try to, no error prompt, nothing. I've tried removing and reinstalling at least 8 times without any result. I looked everywhere in the FAQ for help, nothing could be found. I wrote an email to customer service and have yet to be replied to, 4 days have passed. I tried scrolling through Sonarworks facebook page and found a lot of other people having issues with the new program. Since I wrote to CS I have received several newsletter emails and this one regarding my satisfaction of the product, and for every email I get more annoyed that you still haven't replied and helped me fix the problem or return my money.”
