“While I was thoroughly pleased with my Reference 3 for Headphones, so much so that I never saw the need to upgrade to version 4, I must say that I am very satisfied with the improvements made in SoundID Reference for Headphones. It's not terribly different, but things just seem to low more easily with the upgraded version.”
“Took a while to find out the way how to upgrade my exsisting license as the "Upgrade" button redirected to a "page not found" site. Then somewhere in FAQ the suggestion was to go via purchase site and and aquire the Upgrade code and then use it. That worked, but the initial experience was somewhat confusing and frustrating.”
“Both the plugin and the standalone version get their uses here. Makes mixing decisions on headphones much more confident. Only things I would wish for: AU support in the standalone version and an integrated spectrum analyzer. But that doesn't mean that it isn't a great product right now.”
