“I'm really pleased with the current version of SoundID Reference. Initially, I wasn't a fan of DSP speaker calibration, but I have changed my mind on the matter. I actually used an older version of Sonarworks at a studio I used to ocassionally work at. At the time, I thought it was only ok, and in general found it to be more trouble than it was worth. But the current version is amazing, I've embraced Sonarworks, and I don't think I'll ever go back. It was actually the headphone calibration features that got me to revisit Sonarworks.
