“I found that software by youtube, one guy explaining how to compensate room issues with monitors for a flat response, and talk about sonaworks software, i downloaded the trial version, and after check it in my studio, i decided to buy it and also his own mic measurement. “Had trouble getting the standalone application to work with my setup. Contacted Support and have a ticket that is still Open. There are issues with ASIO support and I've been directed to use the SoundID Reference plugin instead. Now experiencing mic/feedback issues with my setup. Have notified Support.”

I have recently purchased the SoundID Reference for Speakers & Headphones including the Reference Microphone.
I believe your company has an outstanding idea.
I tested the software on my macpro with macOS Monterey version 12.1 and the installation is not good. The setup causes you to continually adjust the input level on the reference microphone because of extreme feedback and it seems to be extremely frustrating.
I suggested and we tried this installation at my friend's home on a Dell Computer as a guest and was extremely satisfied with his results.
Furthermore back to my MacPro installation according to Sonarworks it says that I have used two of my installations and that is not the truth. I have only installed the program on ONE MacPro. I am talking about my registered copy. Can you please explain why the program says that I have installed two copies?. I intend to install the program on my other two Apple products but I am hesitant until Sonarworks has completed all of the necessary software updates to successfully install the program on Monterey os systems and I would then like to be able to install the program on both of my other two mac computers.

It's really cool to see the profiles of the headphones I have been using, learn where things are cut or boosted, and then hear the difference after calibration. I feel like it is almost as much a learning tool as it is a hearing tool! I also really enjoy the translation profiles, car, laptop, etc. The convenience to test multiple sources without having to leave your DAW.”
