“Poor customer support , I have purchased the product more than a week ago and have not managed to authorize the sonarworks 4 that I had to install due to older OS. I have mailed their support various time but still no feedback . I’m currently running it in trial mode. As much as I’m very impressed with the results I am very disappointed in the fact that I have paid for software that I can’t use.”

I really rely on your product since covid started so i can work at home. But it crashes(systemwide- not plugin in daw) sometimes without apparent reason...and when an old(not ID) reference crashed i had this icon in windows10 so i could quit it and restart sonarworks...but this new one doesnt show up on a toolbar so its trickier ! or maybe i'm missing something? Other than that it really does magic with my speakers at my home.

“Being the second time I’ve purchased and installed Sonarworks I still think the setup is a touch tricky on Mac based devices.
The program is an absolute must for every studio for both monitors and headphones. Even after spending a lot of time treating my room and having high end KRK Expose 8 monitors it still made a significant improvement.
I’d like to see a return of the mix control fader instead of the knob which isn’t as easy to control and the plugin itself has a bug crashes my system every time I adjust is while playing a session.
Besides that it’s absolutely amazing piece of technology that everyone that mixes has to have.”
