I didn't need much help from support because everything was clear, even speaker calibration, which I was a bit worried about.
Overall, I'm very selective about what I spend money on, but currently, I feel this software is worth every cent.
And it has received an update since, which is only a positive for me as it means the developers are continually improving the usability and my experience.
I think SoundId Reference is an indispensable software and plugin for my home arsenal.”
