“I gave it an Acceptable rating because I can't use it in a convenient way for me, due to bugs and performance issues with Cubase 12 (Apple M1 Max/Rosseta 2). I've been able to take advantage of it using Logic Pro but just having to switch DAWs temporarily to use it has been inconvenient.
BUT, When I am able to use it on Logic I love SoundID Reference. The use of the plug-in has really improved my mixes.”

“Installing this plugin was the best thing I have done for my mixes. I don't have a treated room, so I do all my mixing on headphones. Wow! What a difference this has made. My mixes sound better in every environment I have played them back. Once I have my room treated, I'll be investing in the speaker edition. A very worthy small investment that brings HUGE results!”
“So far it has worked to my expectations. It does significantly reduce the volume on my HD650 because of the equalization applied, though I have an amp to drive it back up. The signal I get in the Studio One is very close to neutral and it helps me to make the right decision in my mixes.”
