“The purchase process was pretty smooth and I immediately got an email with links to download the software and instructions to install it ( which is the reason I bought the software from here), although the download took forever - and if you loose connection it gets even worse because it starts all over again.
Another issue I had was with activation. The product key came back as invalid while installing the software so I had to do it over the phone with Windows as mentioned in the instructions sheet.”
“Waste of time and money. Couldn't install on my pc. I was told by a pc expert that £14.99 is too cheap for a windows 7 professional. Couldn't get a refund either. Waste of effort.”
“Works well and good value. My only disappointment is that the ISO files need to be updated with many service packs to bring it up to date. A pity this was not done first before the image file was made available.”
