“Whilst this appears to work fine once you have downloaded the software and installed it the product was not suitable as we need to upgrade it and the version would not allow that to take place. The policy of the company is not to offer refunds on downloads even though this product is not fit for the purpose intended so purchasers need to be aware that they need to check first - which is fine for those educated in the intricacies of Microsoft products!”
