“Price and delivery was excellent. In the instrallation instruction it recommended searching for updates. I did this and it would not complete. I therefore installed the software without searching and it loaded fairly quickly. I then searched Windows Update and found that there were 204 updates to be installed. I had to do this in batches. I did waste a lot of time trying to search for updates initially. All is working okey now.”
“Installed it on a 6 year old HP tower running Vista. Worked a treat once I remembered to put in the key code the second time. Took about 2 hours using a DVD I burned then a day to update from the Web itself. Burn it from a DVD first then update from the web as then you can see progress.”
“I had a bit of trouble trying to get the DVD to burn the downloaded program. I found that the fault was on the DVD and the advice given on the Live Chat solved how to get round the problem.
