“The instructions printed out did not work on my computer, so I had to rely on my dogged persistence and my IT NVQ knowledge from 20yeats ago, but I eventually managed to install Windows 7 and back up and save all my data. I could have phoned the helpline but as I am independent and persistent I just kept going. All that said I finally managed it and have subsequently been able to upgrade to Windows 10 without paying a penny. So to sum up thank you Software Geeks very much as for the very meagre cost of £14.95 I am bang up to date”
