“The instructions let this product down. The first part was simple and easy to follow. However, actually loading the software was confusing and caused problems. The software started installing as per the instructions but it continued to download again and again as there was no way of knowing when the whole program had been installed. This meant that there are now 4 Windows 7 on my laptop and this has taken up almost all the memory. I have compacted them to try and get more memory back but there is no room for any decent programs I may want later.
The instructions need to be much CLEARER!!!”
