“I have used Windows 10 since it was first released. There are some (relatively few) aspects which are significant improvements over Windows 7 which was my work horse for many years. I have had difficulties with Mail (forever losing passwords) since I first installed Windows 10 which was not improved by the latest large Window update and have been obliged to use eMail Client as my email client. I cannot get used to the Home Screen and have resorted to the Windows 7 screen. I had to reinstall Windows 10 because I found it impossible to switch off my computer. Microsoft Support and various Windows Forums couldn't do anything about it even though it has been common since the introduction of Windows 10 (as has the Mail problem).”
