“Unfortunately we haven’t had a positive experience with Snuz. We were given a Snuzpod and unfortunately told the wrong model number so ordered the Snuzpod 3 mattress instead of Snuzpod 2. More than 30 days past from delivery of the mattress to when the crib arrived. Snuz were not at all understanding of this error and refused to take back the unopened, untouched Snuzpod 3 mattress. Very disappointing!”
