“Great customer service! Delivery company let you down and left our order in the rain after throwing the parcel over the fence) which is totally unsuitable for a newborn baby mattress. Thankfully your customer services are excellent and sent a new mattress the following day. Brilliant! Thank you so much!”

“I'm really pleased with the mattress it looks like very good quality and will be very comfortable for our baby. My only niggle with the whole thing was the inferior courier they used who I have written a complaint to. However little green sheep tried very hard to get to the bottom of the matter for me and understood how upset I was.”
