“Instructions are very poor. After ruining the first one I brought it to where I bought my phone. They tried to install the second one with not better luck. It was impossible to remove the air bubbles. I ended up removing it as well and threw them both out. I was not impressed at with the protectors.”

“Disappointing: after following the instructions and using the alignment tool provided with the protection kit, the left edge of the screen protector fails to adhere to the screen. It is not recommended. Photo of defect enclosed:”

“I ordered a screen protector kit which I couldn't fit properly. The customer service team provide a refund and we're very helpful and speedy. I really cannot fault the service at all”

“It seems to be a really good product and I'm glad they come in packets of two, as I had trouble placing the screen protector on the phone. So far, I have not tried to put the second one on, but I will be trying again in the next day or two and then. I found it more fiddly than previous screen protectors, which I consider a must.”
