“I have just requested a refund due to: overtight card holder slots; glue from the leather surfaces damaging my cards and phone screen. The iphone is the same one that I had in the same model in vintage, moss green and was a replacement because the closing tab came off (glue failure). I would now like a refund and to return the item that is damaging my phone and cards.”

“Confess, I was rather miffed about buying this. Had just lost my old Snakehive case (long story!), after 3.5 years of hard use the colours were lovely! This one ticks all the boxes my old one did, build quality seems the same, so I expect at least another 3.5 years of use. No, I don’t intend to buy a new phone!”
