“Due to my own silly mistake I ordered the incorrect phone case for the wrong phone, so I contacted customer services who were most helpful, accepted my mistake. I returned the incorrect item and they sent me the correct replacement. Thank you for making the process so easy and for being so efficient. I have had a number of these cases and prefer to only purchase from this company.”
