“The wallet inserts are a little too snug for my liking and when full the case doesn’t shut that well either. The ink from the case also runs so I had black ink on my hands For a little while too. Will never buy this product again”

“This product is a hide skin and looked great when it first arrived but after only a couple of weeks the hide case for my new phone looks terrible it shows every touch and has a worn greasy look which is impossible to clean off. I can't wait to replace it so it's back to carphone warehouse to select from their range. I would definitely not recommend this product. Geoff Howell”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us with feedback about your purchase from us. I am very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the finish on your case We recommend that you carefully wipe the cover with a nubuck or similar soft cloth using a circular motion. Brush with a nubuck brush to remove dirt and dust. Spray with a nubuck cleaner, from leather retailers or online, and work well into the leather. Allow to dry thoroughly and then use brush to restore the nap to its original condition. Kind regards, Georgie Snakehive
