“The same bag in chocolate brown had been purchased for me for Christmas. I didn't like the colour and so ordered this brown one from Smyths and returned the other to a different supplier who didn't have brown in stock (few places did at the time). I ordered during Christmas and new year and the product was ordered at 11am and arrived the following day. A lovely handwritten note was included in the package which was well wrapped. The product itself is excellent and I've had many positive comments about this bag. I think it'll take a few months, possibly longer, for it to become a little worn looking and I think that will only increase its appeal to me. A fantastic product.”
