It was so easy (no press ‘1’ for this and ‘2’ for that) to talk to a ‘real person’ who gave me the information required in a lovely friendly manner. I ordered the bag. It arrived quickly - and the postage was only £1. The bag is fantastic, just what I wanted. Everything is perfect, great friendly service, great product (even arrived with a personal note) - this is not the kind of service we normally receive nowadays - and of course the Barbour brand is trusted and the product reliable.
