“Item shown in stock but received an auto generated email a week later saying order cancelled due to item being out of stock. Not acceptable service for an online service to not have up to date stock information at the time of purchase and not acceptable to take 1 week to inform me that order won't be fulfilled. Item ordered was a birthday gift which now won't be provided on time.”
