I then got in touch with Stephen - who was very prompt in responding to my enquiries and after assessing the situation - I was offered a replacement hood (as waiting for Royal Mail to investigate the lost item would take a month or even more).
Stephen kindly agreed to send me the replacement and that too with next day delivery - so I got my items quick despite the initial glitch with the 1st shipment.
