“Sales and delivery was excellent bought Samsung s95c 55 inch old,TV is very good BUT e-arc hdmi connection doesn't work properly so no proper connections compatible devices like soundbar etc Responsibility lies with Samsung many consumers having same issue with Samsung TVs,HOPE Samsung sorts it out with an firmware update other than that really good TV,and no fault to smart home sounds great customer service thank you.”
