“Wanted to add a turntable to my system - so having purchased from Smart Homes before I emailed them for advice. They answered very quickly and I went with their recommendation. Had a spot of difficulty adding the 3rd Sonos speaker so I phoned them. Received some great help from Tom and Jamie who were so helpful. The Customer Service from this Company is second none, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Their prices are also very competitive - I couldn’t find a better deal on the net. Thank you Smart Homes - good job!”

“Really friendly and helpful customer service over the chat in regards to purchasing the items, and the item arrived very quickly! Unfortunately, a few details were missed like the discrete packaging (after being told this would be done, though that has been resolved) and then the adaptor for the turntable to plug into the Sonos. A "replacement" adaptor was sent out a few days later but entirely the wrong item so I had to just go ahead and order the adaptor off Amazon myself as it was taking way too long with the back and forth.”
