“I have Audioengine HD3 desktop speakers and they are brilliant on their own, I put off buying the Subwoofer because I didn't think I needed it as the HD3s sound was so good on their own. I kept looking though but at the S8 sub it was however too big for the room I have my speakers in and I wasn't sure my system required spending that much money on a woofer I didn't think I needed. then after looking on the Smart Home Sounds website and finding the S6 subwoofer and reading the very few reviews about it I decided to take the plunge and boy am I pleased I did the sound is now so much richer and fuller I listen to more music than I have ever done, I am 69 years old and apart from live concerts I have never experienced anything sounding so good in my life. Don't sit on the fence because for what they call a low-end system at this price you won't find anything like it and the people at Smart Home Sounds are polite informative and a pleasure to deal with. The delivery was very swift, the next day actually. Just as a postscript, I would advise buying Accustic sound pads to put under all your speakers they make so much difference.”
