“Turntable described as open box unused. Arrived but on inspection found numerous scratches/marks on it. Photographed evidence and informed seller. Arranged a return but was charged £15 for collection. Not a great experience and now out of pocket for something that was not as described. Unfortunate as otherwise customer care was good, communication wise.”
