“I've previously had the Autofinesse applicator, but after five years it shows it's age and wear. This Slim's applicator looks to be very similar to Autofinesse at a lower price. One star down on review due to the top part of it. Above the cut out. Could be a bit thicker (like autofinesse applicator) for better stiffness and firmness when applying the dressing”

“They're ok for £1.50. More suited to the home user / enthusiast rather than a professional. I think they lasted a few months. Gyeons fair a bit better because they're more sturdy but still fall apart after a while. Maybe some could make a re-usable system where you fill the pad up or change the pad when it's degraded? Thank me later for my idea.”
