“From start to finish booking with Sleeps 12 has been brilliant. The house exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures. We loved the outdoor space, the hot tub is so big and the dining and fire pit area was lovely. The house has everything we needed abs was conveniently located just a short walk from the centre of Worcester. We would highly recommend a stay at Pitmaston House.”

“Not enough logs. Couldn’t use pizza oven or outdoor fire pit at all and had to ration number of logs we used each day to ensure they lasted. Were told to buy our own even though it said logs were provided on your details of property and there was snow on the ground. We weren’t using an unreasonable amount but property was constantly cold. One air conditioning unit didn’t work which didn’t help. Bath in bedroom 1 only has scalding hot water so needs to be run and left to cool as no cold water comes out of it no matter what setting it’s on. Sky tv did not work.”
