Pitmaston House was a wonderful location for visiting places of interest & walking in the Malvern Hills. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived and the staff could not have been more helpful during our stay. It is a very comfortable and spacious building with different rooms where the family could spread out and do their own thing when they wanted. The schoolchildren could be heard in the playground nearby but it did not affect us as we were mostly inside as it was November. We would

Becky at check in and check out was great for any questions. Loved the trampoline and hot tub Good to have multiple ovens and dishwashers Great to have en-suite for every room Instruction manual came in handy! Tea towels weren’t very absorbent even after a wash Bedding felt a bit cheap, didn’t feel like cotton.

Pitmaston House is best described as having your own private hotel. There are several areas to sit as a large group but also areas where you can sit in peace on your own if you wish to. Room 8, which is a new addition, is almost a self contained unit which was very useful for a couple and their two very small children. We were having extended family time there and so did not really go out to eat. We had very successful barbecues. Did feedback that we thought a more direct light onto the grill might help the cook! We made pizzas from scratch - all the different toppings laid out on the extensive outdoor kitchen work surfaces. Cooking them in the woodfired pizza oven was a new experience for all of us - absolutely delicious. We also had family roasts. All the equipment you need even down to a meat thermometer! The fact that there is ample cutlery, crockery and two dishwashers made things easy. All of this is good - but it gets better. You are fully supported, without any intrusion, by Becky who is a very welcoming and willing person who simply wants you to enjoy your stay at the house. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you so much Becky. Organising a group can be hard but if you can secure this place you will not be disappointed and if any of your group don't turn up then they are the ones missing out.

Bedrooms 2 and7 had very limited drawer space and no coat hangers which meant living out of our cases to a certain degree.

Hot tub was great but not working for all of stay which was a shame although Ashley was great and compensated us with goodies. Downstairs toilet door didn’t shut at all . We all had a fantastic time thank you and would highly recommend this property. Thank you
