“The house was extremely stylish & comfortable, with a great host. The experience with Sleeps 12 was excellent throughout. Perhaps a welcome pack could be emailed over to us a few days before our booking so we can read through at leisure.”

“The extra touches of the house coats. The welcome hamper . How well stocked the house was with tea towels tinfoil washing up liquid dish’s washer tabs toilet roll- the best stocked rental house I’ve ever stayed in. Quality of bed linen and amount of towels excellent. Bedroom arrangements excellent as was communication. Only mild negative instructions on how to use the projector to work the tv would have been good unless we couldn’t find them. We were fortunate enough to take a lap top and George the owner on the end of the phone to direct us to a hdmi cable so we could work it through that. Excellent water pressure and amount of hot water. Hot tub brilliant. We never used the sauna as it was too hot . We had to put up a gazebo as the cantilever umbrella kept swinging from side to side and we got concerned with it contorting. Would definitely stay here again. Final word excellent value for money and would recommend to everyone I know ! Will definitely be back . Thank you for our wonderful stay”

“The only reason I didn’t give this property a 10 was simply due to the outside area not being enclosed for our puppy to be off lead and safe. It meant for the entire stay he was on lead at all times when outside, which wasn’t ideal”

“The house is awsome and very well located to enjoy the Quantock Hill landscape. We had a very relaxing time being awake by birds and having a beautiful view from the terasse. The owner George was extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything needed. He made restaurant and acticity recommendations. We had a very nice welcome hamper.”
