“The house was absolutely beautiful and George was really welcoming. We felt very relaxed, the house has everything you could have needed and there was plenty of room for everyone (7). A stunning house finished to a really high standard, we will definitely be back!”

“Beautiful property in an idyllic setting. Enjoyed all aspects, particularly the kitchen, master bedroom, lounge and hot tub. The extra touches such as the hamper, the cake and the Christmas tree and decorations were lovely.”

“The house was beautiful and enabled us to all be together for Christmas. The property would benefit from a second dishwasher but other than that it was perfect for what we needed.”

“The house itself is just beautiful. You are surrounded by trees and so many wild birds that it makes your stay feel so tranquil, especially whilst sat in the hot tub.We were greeted by George who was extremely welcoming, a wonderful hamper and homemade lemon cake. We had such a wonderful stay and really can’t fault it . We would love to return.”

“Otterhead house is delightful, set in beautiful countryside.The interior of the house is very tastefully furnished, extremely well equipped and comfortable. On arrival we had been left a very generous food hamper, a homemade lemon drizzle cake and a large jar of cookies along with a gorgeous vase of fresh flowers. This is a lovely touch and very welcoming. The welcome pack was sent out 2 days before our holiday, it was very informative and useful. We were looked after extremely well by George, the owner. We met him on arrival, he came daily, early morning to service the Jacuzzi and did not disturb us but we knew he was a phone call way if needed. We have stayed in "Sleeps 12" properties on several occasions and all houses are of a very high standard but the owners of Otterhead House have gone "the extra mile" to look after their guests. W e highly recommend the house and will return.”
