“Loved the ambience of house. Great hot tub. Very spacious for our large family. Well and comfortably furnished. Kitchen well equipped. However lack of details was disappointing. Eg No loo roll holders anywhere so loo rolls all over the floor. Not good with small children. No side tables in lounge so nowhere to put drinks except the floor. Ditto children. No mirror in downstars loo. Hairdryer provided but no socket near a mirror so difficult to use. Duvets on single beds far too small. All very small things, but had they been sorted would have given the place a 10!!!”

“Lovely accomodation ideal for a larger family break. Great location in the countryside but also within easy reach of Sidmouth. We had to re book from May last year due to lockdown but have been kept well informed by Sleeps12.com throughout. Will definately recommend to friends and family.”
