“Coat Barn was a fabulous property, plenty of room for everyone and very warm and comfortable- I thought such a big place might be draughty but it wasn’t at all. The pool area was a great addition and BBQ was great too! A really lovely place for big family gatherings or groups.”

“Great place. Loved it. Facilities were excellent Liz There could have been more parking though, but it wasn’t a big issue. Also, it would be good to lower the gate a little to make it more dog secure.”

“An amazing property, had an amazing weekend. Only a couple of things that could have been improved: comfy seating outside, a gate so the children can be seen in the courtyard at all times (could get round the back of the games room and round the front) Also the protecting mattress toppers werent the cleanest when beds stripped the morning we left. Only minor things and didnt make our stay any less enjoyable.”

“Nothing really to improve on - A/C would be nice as it was really hot and sticky without it, but the pool alleviated that for us.”

“The Coat Barn was absolutely wonderful the only things thatcould improve it even more would be a hot tub and a pool table in the games room and a gate by the pool out to the car parking area so you know that it is absolutely sercure for small children and dogs.”
