“Ive suffered from severe bouts acne for over 12 years. Ive had 2 courses of R*tane, tried various creams/gels, had numerous courses of antibiotics. Currently i have mild/moderate acne, i have considered going on R*tane again. I thought i would give this a try after reading so many reviews. In less than a week this serum has reduced redness, given me smoother skin and i have not had any new break outs, my pores even look slightly smaller in size. I did feel it was early to give a review but this product is honestly very good. Only down side is ive noticed my tzone does get more oily then usual in the day but i can handle that as long as it continues to work its magic on my skin!”

“I've suffered with Acne since my teenage years (now 26). I've tried antibiotics - both topical & prescription. Earlier this year my dermatologist claimed that the only treatment left was R*tane. I didn't want to try that for various reasons, namely the side effects, and just using Dermatoliga skin care & DU*C daily gel. “My mum read the review about silver serum in the daily mail and ordered it for me to try. I was really excited to try it after reading the great reviews and thought that maybe finally there would be something effective. I've had spots since I was a teenager and am now 30. Like lots of other reviewers I have tried many products over the years, also the pill and antibiotics from the GP with varying effects. Spots on my face are not too bad but main problem areas are on my back, chest and neck.
I've used the serum for about 4 weeks now, religiously morning and evening. I have to say disappointingly I haven't seen much effect yet, although I like the texture of the cream and the fact it doesn't dry the skin and doesn't smell.
