It doesn't stop my acne as I believe it's hormonal which can't be changed really but it certainly helps keep the redness and soreness at bay once the spots develop. It's helping with the redness if my skin too and helping to calm it which is great. You don't need much so even though it's a small tube, a small amount seems to go far.”

“I have always has a red forehead and tried loads of things, prescribed or otherwise to no avail. Silver serum does seem to be having an effect, its slow, but I am on my first tube.
I will persist and am buying again.
The serum does seem to go along way, as its fairly thin.
What it does seem to have reduced, and time will tell if it will totally, are a couple of blind spots (bumps on the skin like a mole but not coloured) One of which has all but vanished.
If it succeeds in doing that alone, I would be buying Vats of the stuff.
