“This is the best product I have ever used to keep the break-outs under control. I´ve suffered with acne all my life. Even though I told that this would clear up with age, I still suffer from break-outs and I´m now in my mid 40´s. All the other products would strip my skin of essential oils, leading to dryness. This product leaves my skin feeling well moisturised, but with no oily build-up (which I don´t want as my black skin tends to be oily), and keeps the acne at bay. This is a must have product for anyone prone to acne!!”

“I had very bad acne as a teenager and was prescribed R*tane which cleared this up in my early twenties. In my late twenties and early thirties I continued to get occasional but regular spots. I started using silver serum about 2 years ago and I haven't had a single spot since then. I use it twice a day after washing, and combine it with a small application of benzoyl peroxide around my nose. I have no doubt this combination of products is perfect for my skin. “I always find the serum reduces redness and helps with my skin problems (although never clearing away the spots completely) but after a while of continued use the effects are less powerful. If the results were more consistent I would probably make this my primary skincare brand but as I have similar results with cheaper products I have to make this an occasional luxury purchase instead.”
