“So far so good. At first it almost made it worse, but I think that was just the plaques drying out & falling off. Now my scalp is so much better, I have started using the shampoo only 3 times per week, hopefully to eventually go down to only once per week. Yes there is a smell, almost like a campfire (which personally I don't mind), but you can use a good conditioner after which will take away most of that smell. And you will need to condition anyway! This stuff makes my hair mega frizzy. But that's fine. So much better than having a red, flaky sore & itchy scalp. Hopefully it will continue working, as I have sometimes had success with products only to have them stop working after a few months.”
“If used regularly it really does help with the scaly psoriasis. Only issue is its very strong smelling but I do a 2nd wash on just my hair with another shampoo and then follow with conditioner. It's currently my go to shampoo when not using prescription treatment for scalp psoriasis. This is my 4th order.”
