I have had flare-ups of psoriasis for many years and although this serum didn't clear my psoriasis it certainly helped keep my skin feeling very moisturised and smooth which has made a big difference. Glad I found this product and will buy again.

My skin is sensitive and prone to rosacea and I struggle to find a moisturiser that doesn't make it flare up. I tried the Oregon serum as I've used something in the past (a pricey moisturiser) containing Oregon grape with good results. My skin LOVES this - no flare-ups, no adverse reactions, just effective hydration. And it's good value. It's so rare for me to find something that suits my skin. I highly recommend this. Brilliant!

Is polyacrylate in the rescue serum dangerous to my skin? For people with psoriasis who can have open lesions, what is the damage? There seems to be so many chemicals added when the only important ingredient is the berberis. I think I'm going to have a chat with my dermo and see if I can get a berberine cream without all the added chemicals that don't help my psoriatic skin at all.

I have had psoriasis for around 4 years. I used steroid creams and it kept getting worse and spread around my body. I came across this online and decided to “risk it” (seemed pricey). I’m so glad I did as, a year into using the cream, the psoriasis has almost completely disappeared. I had white flaky patches which were painful and my skin also cracked and bled. The relief my skin felt almost instantly from this serum was heavenly! Whoever tries this for the same reason, pleeeeease if you don’t see instant results, persevere and don’t stop using it - don’t give up! I used to apply it a good 5+ times a day at the beginning and now once or twice a day.
