“As everybody says the serum needs to come in a bigger tube. If you have severe psoriasis, like me, a handbag size tube is a waste of plastic. The serum does seem to reduce scaliness and infection but I'm waiting to see if it goes further in reducing inflamation than that. The Maintenance cream seems ok but not markedly more effective than other products I've used. It would also be helpful if it was clear that you can use the serum as a base and add maintenance cream over the top, which I'm not clear on.”
