“Leaves my lips lovely and soft. Unfortunately I do still get cold sores so it’s not a cure but my cold sores are rare and I’ll keep using the lip balm daily! It did have what looked like a finger print on it when it arrived this time but I contacted them and they told me it’s due to the process of when the lid gets put on when the lip balm is still in liquid form. Maybe this needs adding to the description somewhere because it definitely looked like a fingerprint to me although I was assured it was not!”
