“I have used this product for several years now. however the formula seems to have changed and its no longer smooth its grainy unless warmed up but my biggest issue is that whenever I order a batch there is generally an offer on and it lets you select the offer but doesn't actually tell you what it includes! last time I ended up with the Lip gel as well which I did not want and had real trouble returning it and this time I rang to check what the offer was and the lady on the phone out me on hold for a good 5 minutes while she went to find out as even she didn't know! You need to make this a lot clearer so people actually know what they are ordering & paying for”
