“I have just reordered this amazing lip balm; the previous tin lasted for 2 years exactly. I wouldn't be without this little pot of brilliance as it's actually improved my life. I used to suffer from chronic reoccurring cold sores aroud my lip and I tried so many preventative products, natural remedies and anti viral creams but this balm is by far the best. If I feel an itch or tingle I apply it and the cold sore never appears. In fact I apply it everyday and use it more like a lip gloss; it's that nice. I used to get 7 or 8 cold sores on my lip a year. “I have used this product for several years now. however the formula seems to have changed and its no longer smooth its grainy unless warmed up but my biggest issue is that whenever I order a batch there is generally an offer on and it lets you select the offer but doesn't actually tell you what it includes! last time I ended up with the Lip gel as well which I did not want and had real trouble returning it and this time I rang to check what the offer was and the lady on the phone out me on hold for a good 5 minutes while she went to find out as even she didn't know! You need to make this a lot clearer so people actually know what they are ordering & paying for”
